Sewer Inspection = CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH!

For all intents and purposes, and barring any financing disasters (which at this point should be unlikely as I'm WAYYY below what they said they could give me and I've done nothing to affect my credit), we should have a house at the end of the month. Gah! The wait!!
