Oh....and yes. More customer service reps in the US. I've lost 3 jobs in the last 3 years due to them being moved out of the US. Nice.

Norton is some serious fucking crap. I'm surprised they give it to you for free for so long. You'd think that they'd be eager to push the product off on you as soon as possible since it's faulty. :/
