After the Holland intellectual high, I am now back to reality, "crystallizing" various things here in Helsinki.

I must admit that it amazes me how much you write, how many experiences you share with your readers! I am much lazier (not only with respect to this issue)... Reading your journal has been a true pleasure. The real surprise is that having read several of your entries in Spanish, I now wish there were more!

So I wonder: what is the subject you used to truly hate? I have an embarrassing story to share on a similar matter. Maybe I will write it in my journal one of these days (and if not, remind me to tell you when I am in Bogota!).

well, it amazes me how much comments you have written (in Spanish, Hebrew and English!) these last days!

I sometimes worry the journal reflects too much of my état d'âme - especially these last weeks that have been so harsh for all of us logicians...

Oh - Recursion Theory was the subject. It was embarrassing to discover so many gems that had lain in front of my eyes, and I had missed in such a silly way.
