Thank you so for your thoughts. As there was only about a 80 of us with chairs, most the people sat as there was no visual obstruction between us and the band, also the was hardly room to stand. We had to look up, we were so close. The people that danced did so in the aisles. People on the grass did stand and dance, there was only 3 or 4000. Usually the VIP could also watch from the sides, so often those that wanted to dance could see and have room to dance. My daughter is the Hospitality Manager, so she had access to golf carts, etc. In fact, she met us with cold water and our favorite pop. ( I don't drink, I am an alcoholic.) I didn't really enjoy the loudness. I am glad I went but doubt that I will go again. Am quiet content with CDs and iTunes. I so enjoy you posts, you are a very interesting person.
What an incredibly sweet thing to say, Joy! Lately I feel like I grouse too much. It's just fallout from being in a new city, not knowing anyone but my husband, and trying to start an entirely new career

I did have a good time, however, I don't think I want to do it again. It was too loud.
