Hey- complaining about losing a sale is valid! That's very annoying.

Please post if you have problems with the payment from the Iraq order; we've had some bad experiences with somewhat similar supposed sales. And i sure hope you do NOT!

I don't think there is a problem, he sounded like an American, and is verified buyer with Paypal. As the roses are on the way to Hawaii, I am not going to worry. I did insure them.
Though I don't comment I have enjoyed your posts. You certainly do a lot of cooking.
As I am living alone, my meals are pretty simple. I eat lots of salmon, brown rice, lentils, black beans, and salads. Haven't made bread in years. I use to make English muffins and Pizza crusts a lot.
Thanks again for the warning.

We've been ripped off by people who order "gifts"- and then refuse the payment, and the credit card companies supports it, because the gift was sent to the giftee rather than the person who ordered it.

This is a loophole that some people do exploit, and it's why I will now only send stuff to confirmed Paypal addresses, if it's Paypal; the billing addresses on credit cards when it's credit cards; and wherever only if they pay by money order or check (sent only after it's cleared).

I really do hope you don't have a problem this time- but Paypal's seller protection kicks in ONLY if you send to a confirmed address, and they sign for the delivery.

My main creative venues are metals and cooking, and I love them both; these absorb most of my creative impulses, one or the other.

Thought I would let you know that everything went fine, I sent his wife a second little copper heart as he had written that the date was in March when he meant May. He even offer to pay extra for it but it wasn't that big of deal to me.
