There is something so moving about old baby furniture. To think of all those lives just starting out... And there is no reason not to use the Georgian high chair. I hope the family that is lucky enough to have is using it, and it will keep being used for babies well into the next century. I hope they are carefully watching. Some of those old baby chairs are prone to tip over.They are high, and the legs go down pretty much straight. So they are more unstable than the wide legged high chairs we use now.
