Short info: I had to lock some old entries for commenting to keep the spammers out.

LJ is doing nothing about the spammers - I have a couple of journals that are not locked but they will have to go the same way if it continues.

Oh for God's sake.

I got the two most random spams on Sheebeen a while back, something about a cure for acne and a thank you for your advice one. On the same entry where there had been no mention of acne and no advice given at all. At least I wasn't offered penis enlargement!

Yeah, I've been getting those too. I just delete and block.
