LORD CUTLER BECKETT
(hug him, squeeze him, call him George)

has his own gallery.

Taking the history of Royal Navy breeches into account, I've done a recalculation for the

HISTORICAL TIMEFRAME OF POTCand so the movie takes now place in April 1745. I have reached a new level of geekdom ( Read more... )

I found the information on the website of the National Maritime Museum. There's also a wonderful picture of original breeches. :) Lots of buttons, my, my, my...

No problems at all! I don't expect people to run to the PC every five minutes. :D

Looks like life is difficult for many people at the moment. I hope things will look better for your soon. Take good care of you. :)

The first card reminds me of what Nelson said about his arm being amputated; he stated that the worst thing for him about having his arm cut off was not the pain, but that the sword they used for the operation was so bloody cold.

I think he was just showing off when he said that. Men.

Heh! Maybe he just didn't want to upset poor Emma. Or he was already working on immortality. I wish there was a thing like time-travel; there's a guy I'd loved to interview!

He's currently pestering me to write Beckett/Gillette. Mr. Gillette would pack his sea chest and leave if I should do it, so please don't encourage him! :)
