edited to add to the top of my post: This one is spot on! that's exactly how I feel about the Palin/feminism/sexism kerfuffle we are all in.

Oh, Michelle. I love the links you find.

Until I get to the end and FREAK THE FUCK OUT because either I know how Palin will answer the questions, or SHE doesn't know how to answer them. No other possibilities. I'm really starting to fear that they'll win. If that happens I fear for my future and our kids' futures.

The cartoon made me LOL though :)

I am really afraid they'll win for the same reason Bush won that second term - the base of zealots was fired up. So many douchebags come out of the woodwork specifically to deter black americans from voting, obstructing the polls and putting up false signs etc. also baby boomers make up like the biggest group of people in the country and they overwhelmingly love McCain (to quote from Father Ted "funny how you get more conservative as you get older!") so those factors I am afraid will cause Obama to lose by a small margin. Subsequently the economy will get even worse, and we will be in foreclosure within a year. I'm scurred!
