I would *love* it if street newspapers lost their purpose, because it would mean homelessness had been solved.

I do buy the local street newspaper whenever I can, because I'm interested in the stories they tell about the city I live in. There's even a guy in one of our trendy neighbourhoods who is out a couple days a week with his own photocopied pamphlet, and I buy his all the time as well.
