I looked inside the house today. Real estate lady says I should rent out my condo and buy the house. Ugh. Makes me want to give up on the idea altogether. Too scary. The mortgage would be huge! I already have people asking to rent it so I don't think it would be a problem to keep filled. It's in a prime area for that. So close to tech business. I

You should rent the condo. Just in the long run, think about someone else building equity for you. That's good wealth strategy. I know it's more stressful, but it's an uber nestegg. And if it doesn't work out, you can always sell later. Once you sell the condo, you can never un-sell it.
