Hey, it's nice to hear from you.

I wish I knew what to say to make you feel better about things. I've never been good at giving advice, but what I do when I feel like everything is moving to fast and my life is out of control is just think about what my goals are and think about what needs doing to get there. It helps me by reminding me why I'm going through all of the craziness, and it makes me remember what matters. The future can't be predicted, and there are things in life that can't be controlled, but if you keep working towards your dreams you will achieve them.

On a slightly different note, have you seen this? Paul Merton is in every episode and Josie is in the fifth. She also posted on her twitter saying that Maestro at the Opera would be airing on May 4th.

hello, lovely to hear from you too.

I have watched Just A minute quite a few times, its nice to see a different side to them :) hopefully seeing them perform again in June

Thankyou for the advice, I was just having an off day with stress about an essay but its been taken on board.

Was shocked to find a comment, didnt think anyone read my journal really :P

Hope you are well and congrats on your show a few weeks ago xxx

Glad you're feeling better.

Most people seem to have either left Livejournal or are too busy to check it. I still check back about once a week to read the updates in the communities I follow.

Thanks! I'm still kind of shocked at how successful the show was. Right now I'm in rehearsal for an opera in June, and I already have two opera in the fall and one next June on my schedule, so things are good, if busy. I'm also helping out with the props and costumes on the current show, and I'm producing one of the ones in the fall.

My advice is sit back and enjoy it. The future comes whether we're prepared or not. I think 2008 you and me are worlds apart from 2012 you and me. We've all grown and learnt so much from each other. Sure we may not get the jobs we want/deserve, but hey, we'll still have each other and life. Why don't you make a bucket list if you feel a bit lost? Honestly one of the best things I've ever done. It gives you such a boost to achieve even little things and makes you feel that even if you don't have a plan, you sort of do. Does that make sense? Missing you my dear, speak soon xxxx

I can't believe how long ago it seems! Before even I went to uni O.o we all have those moments we wonder truly why we're there just don't dwell on it, you went for a reason, you enjoy it, you're doing well. Try not to worry about a job at the end of it, it's not the only reason for uni, you learn and grow so much there something others have to learn through moving out. Enjoy the time you have in Reading, it's over in the blink of an eye xxxx
