On tonight's episode, the top ten male contestants were charged to perform classic hits from the 1970's. I, for one, was really happy to hear this. Not many of you know this, but I really feel that the 1970's were one of the best decades for music. Last night's audition show took place in Omaha, Nebraska. Famous more for agriculture than anything else, this show brought some fine surprises from tiny hamlets all across the midwest. Now, in this post, I am not going in show order. I am going to try a slightly new format, just to have something new, and you can tell me if it works better.

The Charleston auditions were fairly uneventful for me. Of course, I got an important phone call in the middle of the show, and missed a couple of auditions.
