"No." Nagi honestly didn't see how it mattered where they did the work, as long as it wasn't too far from the rest of Schwarz. Sinking down to sit cross-legged on the 'ground', Nagi glanced sidelong at the other boy. "How much have you looked over the system?"
"I haven't so much as turned it on." Settling near enough that both of them could see the screen, and making sure he was on Nagi's stronger side, Omi popped the lid up and did just that. "Aya let me sleep before telling me he had it." There was more than a hint of scathing outrage in that statement, even if he chuckled right after. "Guess he paid more attention to me on a computer than I thought."
"No doubt he rescued you from an untimely nosedive, then," Nagi said, more than half-absently as he watched the boot-up sequence scroll down the screen. His fingers itched towards the keyboard, and it was with conscious restrain that he firmly squashed the impulse, and made them remain quietly on his knees.
Omi was watching it as well, eyes flicking across the text as he catalogued which of the standard Kritiker security protocols were in place. Fuck, that's gonna be a bitch to get rid of without a secondary CPU. . . he was thinking, when the screen flashed through a sequence of colour reversals and negative inversions and then went black.
After a short, blank pause, the hacker groaned. "Oh, fucking HELL....Aya, dammit, you didn't!"
"Thank you." Omi reached out and snatched the machine, not even bothering to be casual. I have to figure out how he did that. Already, having something else to think about was using more and more of the mental resources which, before now, had been going around in self-destructive circles. "If you don't mind, I'm going to pretend like I'm necessary for getting in past this point." The Weiss hacker grinned faintly, fingers flying over the keys as he input a chain of commands which would, theoretically, turn off all the security protocols for now.
Assuming they weren't broken in further new and interesting ways. "Now. . . let's see what Aya actually put on here. . . "

Understanding Bombay's eagerness, Nagi resisted the urge to snarl when the computer was snatched from in front of him. Play nice, Prodigy. Crawford gave you an order. Instead he contented himself with watching over Bombay's shoulder as the other boy methodically disabled all of the security on the laptop...and there was a lot.
"He must have just dumped everything he could find on there. There are a lot of redundancies in the system..." he commented.
