My Obligatory "What Do Atheists Celebrate" post.

How does an anti-thest, anti-traditionalism, anti-consumerist, anti-obligated-gift-giving atheist celebrate the winter holiday season?

I celebrate Newtonmas which, for convenience's sake, looks exactly like Christmas celebration complete with wishing people happy holidays, giving gifts without obligation, wearing red and green, and singing songs

What holiday greeting do you use? Like do you wish strangers a "Happy Newtonmas"? Or do you stay generic in hopes that the strangers will appreciate it as you do?

I say "happy holidays" mostly because the only time I say it, it's not a good time for engaging in a conversation about the prevalence of religiosity and the diversity needs of the nation.

But I'd like to say "happy Newtonmas" sometime, just to see what happens.
