SF Video Review of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated up on Fantastic Worlds

When I was a small child, I encountered the very first version of Scooby-Doo, namely Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! [sic}(1969-71), and watched it faithfully.  As I got older, of course, I outgrew the series.  The action was silly, the plots repetitive, the humor pure formula, and the characters dull and unbelievable.

One of the things I find intriguing is that it pioneered the "is it real or isn't it?" sort of twist incorporated by the much more serious X-files. Traced back further would be Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, "The Hound of the Baskervilles", etc.
