Were the Athens Riots Planned Well in Advance?

Ioannis Michaletos, in "Riots in Greece: The undercover news" at EuropeNews (http://europenews.dk/en/node/17226) puts forth this interesting theory. He says.

Every "ANARCHY NOW!" type I've run into out here was a Rich Kid from an Exclusive Gated Community, the type whose Mommy & Daddy gave them their own five-figure new car/SUV on their 16th birthday. Whose definiton of Anarchy is "Then I Get To Do Anything I WANT! ANYTHING!"

European anarchists may be a tad more ideological, but essentially, yes, most of them would have come either from privileged backgrounds, or be opportunists from poor backgrounds latching on to the trust-fund kids in hopes of leeching off some of their money.

The main difference is that in America, these sort of people know that destructive rioting will be quickly clamped down on by the Law, while in Europe the establishment is less competent. So they can get away with more in Europe than in America, and act accordingly.
