I found out yesterday that i dont make minimum wage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the HELLLLLLL is up with me working at places that dont pay me minimum wage?!?!?!?! i just assumed that i made minimum wage because i thought that kim was the only crazy ass in the country that would not pay minimum wage, but yesterday my boss came in and was like, i just ( Read more... )

were they getting away with it because you work off of grant money or some crap like that? Well one thing is good....You will finally be getting paid minimum wage! Even if you didn't know you were before, your paychecks will be bigger now!

Julia I would like to tell you that you could get backpay for the past 2 and half months since the wage change in January that they didn't give you. I heard about it in my class because I guess that happened to someone else and they are having to give her money for the 2 months they paid her under minimum wage.You might even get enough money to pay for your spring break!

I was just about to get so fucking crazy and Nicole did it for me. It is a true story Jules. It is against the law to pay anyone under minimum wage that isn't 1. getting paid mostly from tips and it is proven that they are getting paid by tips or 2. they are in training for what is it like 3 months? I just read these rules because I got 18 MILLION memos about what could happen to our busienss if we didnt' pay AZ's minimum wage. SHIT THROW A FIT!!!
