I'm sure you know it should be,
but I'm not sure Snowy would.

In this instance,
incorrect grammar is appropriate to the character.
So I'm not calling attention to an error,
but to astute writing,
while sparing others the embarrassment
of revealing their failure to recognize the difference.

Those videos are making me miss having a cat more than ever! :( I am so 100% a cat person. I love Snowy because he is such a great cat - you did a fantastic job getting him on paper, Jon. ;)
