Do you have some form of cannister for your tea? Nana (that's what we, in our clan, called our Gran) always had one. It was a tin which, I think, may have dated from the 1950s.

We have a tin for the teabags, if that's what you mean :)

Pretty much, yes. We always used to call it a tin, too. ^^

I have observed the former,
and heard reports,
which I deem reliable,
of the latter.

Which latter would that be of 4, or would it be the last? ;-)

I'm a horror (ahem, suspense) writer living in Fishtown, Philadelphia. Really, I'm an elementary school teacher with a lot of Word documents containing stories collecting virtual dust on his hard drive. However, I have managed to buck recent trends by actually selling a story. Deep Flux will appear in Big Pulp magazine this summer. I will be sure to pester people about it as the publication date nears.

Hi there! Two YA fantasy novels out so far and a short story collection I edited coming out this week. Short stories in other collections. My blog interviews authors and writers and should be of interest to your readers. Links to everything are on my web site: http://www.michaelaventrella.com

I always feel like the odd one out at these parties, where everyone is mingling and talking about writing and I'm the awkward one in the corner going "So.... yeah, how about those Royals? You know, I'm working on this awesome new craft project..."

I'm not so much a writer as I am a reader, crafter, sports fan, all-around weird person...

I think you fit in well. Writers do like readers, after all. I miss crafting and scrapbooking. The whole writing thing has kinda taken over my life and time.

*friends you*

Sadly, there is only enough time for two (maybe three) hobbies... the rest have to get pushed to the side. :/

*friends you back* :D
