Yesterday (day two of PhilCon) was great fun. I met some excellent people in the dealers' room (some of them even bought Fur-Face).

My 1st chapter critique was an interesting, and overall positive experience. If they do it again next year, I highly recommend it. I learned a lot, but more on that another time.

I'm glad that nothing bad was thrown, like rotten lettuce or stones, but really Jon, you shouldn't be so against audiences throwing things at you. I mean, what if it were roses? or even dollar bills? Really, I know it's a risk, but maybe you should encourage that kind of behavior. Anyway, I was looking at the Quake website and saw you were scheduled for some appearances. Sounds exciting! LOL, I have this special mount for my computer. It has air-ride-shocks to keep my computer steady. Makes combining my two favorite activities easier. ^.~

Just your mind. <,< But it could be construed as such. "bare", plus a very basic beginning. Not sure how far it will get, but it was a response to someone talking about a last-man-last-woman-on-Earth-plus-zombie-romance. Actually, now that I think of it, it was one newer magazine's stories guidelines.
