Festivals, Puddles and Mugs

Thanks again for all those positive thoughts you sent me for yesterday's Ocean County Book Festival.  I had a great time.  The weather was perfect.  Lots of people came.

I met with some old  friends, made some new ones, and got to meet about a half dozen online friends in person, including the excellent Cyn Balog (aka cyn2write) and from the New Jersey

IMHO, you offer the mugs and you might just be swamped with orders.

I think the mugs are really cute. Are you sure the folks who try to correct it are serious? Maybe they have no sense of humor. If you offer a mug to the winner and draw one voter's name from the pool, it's a definite incentive to participate.

Hm.
I think I'd appreciate it if you'd give a mug to the first person to vote,
and maybe another to whoever voted most often.
:)

But the winner should certainly get a mug.

I agree about the winner, and I think one for someone who voted/helped promote the contest, though I'll have to think about the best way to decide that one.
