detroit's is 2 with 6 games left.
pittsburgh's is 2 for the wild card spot. (it's an unfortunately insurmountable 9 for the division, with 6 games left). so 3 for the real playoffs. a do or die game awaits against cincinnati on the first day of the magic month.
