Thanks for your note. I'm very pleased that you enjoyed the novel, and I agree entirely about how nice it is to curl up with a suitable book as autumn deepens. This is usually the time of year that I start dipping into M.R. James short stories, reading them on and off from now until Christmas.

Yea. the translation...I mean normaly i prefer to read/watch the original version of something but when i see a good book, i want to have it, i don´t want to wait.
Damn you, impatience.
But i guess it must be even weirder to see your own stuff being translated..
Anyways, since i didn´t read the english version i can´t compare both but i can promise you that it was still very interesting to read and in my opinion there were no sections where it was obviously translated.)
(you know what i mean? for example when i watch a movie and the people in it talk english and i read the german subtitles..ugh, it hurts so much i want to cry^^)
