Snowing again, temp at 3C and falling.

Sometimes I fail to understand why I live in this country.

After five long years, the final payment for my car came out of my account today. Words cannot express how happy I am about this turn of events. My debt load has been cut in half, my budget has gained a considerable amount of breathing room and my only remaining debt is about two years worth of mortgage payments left on my house ( Read more... )

...And WRC 20 is finally done. It's been what, a little over a year since the last chapter? Too damned long anyways.

Give me a week or so to let this one stew and I'll send it off to the editors for a final review. Then I'll see if I can remember how to update my website. :P

Now, it's hockey time.....

Got a considerable raise without asking for one, and was told I am a 'great asset' to the company. My busted ribs have finally healed to the point where I can function without pain and play hockey again. I think life is out to get my these days. Two busted ribs from a wipeout and a high speed crash into the boards during hockey on Saturday.

I have this week off from my regular day job and I'll admit that I'm not entirely sure what to do with myself.
