Pen Review: Platinum Preppy 0.3mm Fountain Pen

So the Platinum Preppy is my first fountain pen. I'd seen them on Cult Pens shop and decided at less than £4 I could give one a try. I didn't expect very much from such a cheap pen but I've found it very good. So good in that using it at work I have completely used up the ink cartridge

Now that's really confusing. 'Platinum' as opposed to 'Platignum'? And both companies founded in 1919, on opposite sides of the world?

There's got to be a story explaining that.

Yup, separate companies. Cult Pens even has pages for each manufacturer!
