Winter Solstice and Hybrid Racoon

Ladies and Gentleman, yesterday was the Winter Solstice... the darkest day of the year.  How did you celebrate?  Oh, you didn't celebrate at all, you say?  Oh, well, neither did I actually.  I didn't even know the Winter Solstice has passed until about two minutes ago.  Regardless, only brighter days from here on out, right?  Right.

You really are all about the late nights, huh? :)

I didn't celebrate the solstice, but I thought about it. Some of my ride back home to CT was pretty dark and it was already headlight time about 4pm. I'm glad it will be getting brighter now.

I might be working on a little project related to the word "solstice." What are some words that pop into your head when you hear it?

Side note, I definitely would like to stop by your house some time and see you, your sisters and your mom. It has been a really long time. My number is still the same; gimme a call if ya'll are hanging out and want some company :)

But if it was a raccoon mixed with an opossum, does that mean that it ran up to you and then played dead?
