I just finished my first Philosophy test... I hope I did okay on it.  I missed a day and never got the notes on the Socratic Method, so I was a little lost for some of those questions.  I know what the Socratic Method is, I just wasn't there for the in-class example.  >_>  But yeah, I've taken tests in three of my classes so far, and I don't think ( Read more... )

They ARE great! :D I was so sad when it ended, though, because I just want to keep reading them forever.

The Gemma Doyle books are some of my favorite books ever. I wish it hadn't ended though.

Oh, they're fantastic. :D I was transported back to England in the 1890s, and I stayed there for the week it took me to read all three books. That says a great deal about the quality of a book, in my opinion; if it consumes my thoughts and imagination for days on end, it must be good! ^_^

On the one hand, I was sad that they ended, since they were so amazing. But on the other hand, I was pleased that it didn't go on long enough to start going downhill, and that there weren't a hundred books for me to have to buy! XD

Aww, we love you too! Hah, the other day, I actually said to Cat, How did we get so lucky?!

I'm so excited about The Vagaina Monologues. And yay for reserved tickets! Our friend Jenny may want to come, so I might have to call and reserve another. Is it okay if she comes? She's so nice and funny.

I'm not a huge fan of Harry Potter OR Twilight but I will go ahead and say from what I have read, Harry Potter is DEFINITELY better. The Twilight series was so poorly written that I couldn't stand it past the first few pages. There was nothing interesting about it. I think most people saw Robert Pattinson and decided it must be some glorious creation when it's NOT. I hope you post that paper because I would like to see it.

And philosophy is easy, don't sweat it ;) (I graduate with my philosophy/italian degree in May!! yayyy)
