Summertime is wonderful.

I love wearing dresses all the time.

My job makes me want to cut my wrists,
and it's not even paying the bills anymore.

I'm tired.
tired.
tired.

Mostly, I'm ready to start doing something with myself,again.
Working full time at Oxford Suites - although not bad - is no longer satisfying.
I need to go back to school.
I need to go see the world.
I need to be a little less of a grown up, and a little more of an 18-year-old.

To put it lightly: I'm stressed out.

But, aren't we all these days?

I've got the best friends ever.
I can lean on them,
and be a bitchass to them,
and have the best time ever with them,
and I'm pretty damn lucky.

I love working at the Oxford,
but this night audit business is killing me.
i literally just don't get to sleep.

but, that's okay.
at least it's a job i enjoy.

did i mention my thanksgiving was great? because, even with everything going on, it was! which just made my whole life.
we'll see where things go from here.

i'm working my boooty off to pay my parents off and pay my bills.
it's the last month of summer! awkward that i'm going to freshman orientation [for college!] this friday.
shooot, homie.

I worry too much, that people would mistake any sort of eloquence as pompousness.
When, in the end, I am neither eloquent nor pompous.
How rediculous.

this summer... hasn't been what I expected.
but, it's been good.

Today.
Woke up feeling only slightly wishy-washy &&& came home.
Where, I proceeded to watch Pride And Prejudice, The Wedding Date, and now Notting Hill.
Talk about romanatic drama/comedy overdose.

update:
- i've hardly solved an friend-related issues.
but it's whatever.
- not only have i started my housekeeping job, i am working at comfort suites again. who knew i would be this desperate for money?
- this heat might actually kill me. doesn't the sun understand i'm from OREGON?
