I know a lot of people would love to wrap their hands around the throat of the Joker, so I'm setting up this post for people who want to have a chance at fighting him, particularly people from this thread. Remember, though, the Joker cannot die yet, but I'm willing to have him get injured. Don't post unless you're willing for the same to happen

((Oh, she doesn't plan to kill him. That would be taking the fight entirely out of Raven's hands. She does, however, intend to make clear to him that if he does harm or, worse, kill Raven, he'll be living on borrowed time, and not much of it.))

((I have no objections. But can I ask you a few things about Samus beforehand? I'm very familiar with the games, but I'm not sure how anything in them applies to the character you play. A lot of the Joker's weapons are chemicals and gases. How do they affect Samus? I know in the games they harm her, but realistically, I don't know why.

But we can start any time you want. It might be better if we start sometime later this evening, if you don't want to deal with me disappearing for a period of time.))

((I wish I had time to play this! Patch has been looking for an outlet for his anger for a while, and one of the earlier Jokers on the nexus blew him up ages ago. Between that and empathizing with Raven's condition, he'd come gunning for you. Sadly, I'm spread too thin. If you're playing this as Joker going through a gauntlet of foes, you can choose to add that Patch fucked with him if you want.

He'd likely try to lure him out first by playing Harley's voice, recorded off of the cartoon, saying "April Fool's!" and then shooting him in the same knee that Gordon shot him in at the end of No Man's Land (with his guitar weapon), then going at him with a crowbar. He's got a thing for irony.

If you're just going to be playing off of the specific characters who play, feel free to ignore it.))

((I was planning on actually playing out the battle with the different challengers and assume that it's not a gauntlet, but rather encounters that take place over a period of time so that the Joker doesn't get beaten up by one person and then immediately start fighting another. If you want to have a battle some other time, just let me know. I'm not sure how much longer the Joker is going to be around, though.))
