So tomorrow marks 3 years since my friend Joy passed away. I cant believe its only been 3 years. It seems like shes been goin a lot longer than that. I still miss her alot and I just miss having her around.

Today was mom's 60th birthday and it went pretty good. We started the day off slow but then her sister and sister-in-law came over and I cooked dinner. We had, steak, asparagus, crab cakes, & baked potatoes. I baked a chocolate cake and decortated it all pretty for her too.

Well folks I had my surgery over a week ago and I am doing pretty good. I'm healing up nicely and I am happy to say I've been feeling pretty good as well. I want to thank everyone who supported me and prayed for me and just kept me sane. Thanks ( Read more... )

Surgery to remove my gallbladder has been scheduled for the 17th of April. I have to go to the hospital the day before and get registered and get blood work done. Then the next moring (or whenever) to have the surgery. Apparently its an in and out thing so I don't have to stay over night ( Read more... )

In less than 3 hours that I am posting this, my health insurance will finally fully cover me. Meaning that if I have another gallbladder attack and have to go to the ER my insurance will pay 85% of the bill. I have a doctors appointment on the 6th of February and I am wondering if my doc will make me go get another HIDA test to see if my gally has ( Read more... )
