Maybe this is a dumb question, but what are the USB ports on my PS2 for (other than collecting dust)?

I was curious too so I googled. Apparently, keyboard, mouse, flash drive for saving maps, external hard drive, headset, and stuff like that!

I was going to say "probably nothing", but marta knew better! There's a USB port on the back of my Satellite TV box, but the official reason for that is "for future purposes" - how fantastic! It would be nice if you could back up the shows that are on it (it's got a built-in HDD recorder), but no such luck!

The camera that comes with the Eye-Toy game plugs in via USB, I believe.
