I just discovered this 'verse of yours less than a month ago, and it's already made my top ten. Thank you so much for writing this- I love your take on the interplay between Conan and Hakuba. Right now I'm trying to determine whether “You’re not keeping him as a decoy for Kudou Shinichi, are you.” means Conan flat-out knows Kaito is Kid, or only heavily suspects it, and what other interpretations of Vermouth's interest in Hakuba's friend Kaito might be percolating in Conan's mind.

Awesome job! (I love how these Saguru's reactions are noticeably different from your other versions of Saguru, while still somehow remaining himself.)
