It's annoying, but they aren't talking about you. They are probably talking about your bosses, and since they don't know you well, are keeping it quiet so you won't tell. :\

I guess I should rephrase that after today. I swore two people were talking about me all day, everytime I walked by they would just shut up and the minute I left, start it back up again...in Spanish.
