Okay, Peter legitimally has a good excuse for standing up his boyfriend on such an important night. I hope your Johnny takes Storm's advise and calls Peter, I think he'll understand. I love your Storm and the news reports that "gays love her". That is such a fun bit of trivia that makes this fic shine.

I once read an article which stated that gay men usually take Storm on a video game given the chance. I sat there and thought to myself: "You are a gay man. You love Storm and chose her the last time you played X-Men. That's certainly true."
When I decided to dedicate her a chapter and remembered that this is slash fiction I'm working with, this fact came back to me during the writing process :)
