i got contacted for an interview today from mrx solutions. ive done a background check and they seem like a small local company

big company = steady paycheque, benefits, being one of 1000 randoms doing similar work, more management, work tends to be more boring, strict guidelines

small company = work is harder, hours longer, more responsibility, you get to make bigger decisions, uncertainty; but if the company 'makes it' you will be heavily rewarded, easier to move up
