Alright! Rough draft submissions and summaries are due today (June 8th) unless you've already asked for an extension. However, all summaries need to be in to me by June 10th at the latest.

I'll be putting together the claims post on June 10th, which will consist of all the participating authors' summaries mixed together. There won't be any usernames

Hi, since you just moved the claim from 5pm to 2pm, is it possible that I nominate someone to post the claim comment for me? I cannot make 2pm.

The claims are in a public post, right?

That would be fine. Make sure your spokesperson lets me know that they're claiming for you. And the claims will be public, yes.

Can we claim our own fics as artists?

I don't mean in the first round (I'd very much like an artist to work with for that), but if there's a second round of adding more artists to fics, can we do art for our own writing pieces, and then have those posted in affiliation with the Bigbang? It's okay if not, but I thought I'd check, since my own writing is inspiring my own artwork! :)

That'd be totally fine! I'd like to have you paired off with another artist as well, however. But if you also want to create art for your own story, that's fine as well. Just let me know and you don't need to go through the claiming process.

I'd definitely like to be paired off with another artist, too, because that sounds like tons of fun. So I for sure want to leave my summary up there to get chosen by someone. :)

But, yes, I will be creating my own art for the story, too, I think! Probably a fanmix with a photoshopped "cover"?
