An apple, a day

Today I went into an Apple Store for the first time. I now need a shower. The previous two statements are not necessarily related.

apple, cycling, computers

In my experience, most new phones nowadays come only with a trivial 'getting started' leaflet and a PDF of the manual stored on the smart card.

But yes I agree there are loads of hidden features on the iPad that could be better publicised. On the plus side it's pretty impossible to break/hang by experimenting.

In fairness to Apple, I went through the box after I wrote this post, and noticed that there were a few small "cigarette cards" which include instructions on the on/off button. In my defence, I explicitly asked their specialist whether the iPad came with any instructions and he said "No, that's not the Apple way".

Hi, glad you have got one now. I think the ipad is one of the best buy's i have made. Is useful just to watch films or music and not have to spend 5 mins waiting for pc to load. Have fun with it.
