Progressing, but only because I signed up for this after realizing my reversebang fic had somehow become about John when he wasn't even in the prompt....seriously, self?

I'm about...25% done? Figuring 15,000 words, 3 parts of 5,000 words each - I'm closing in on finishing Part 1, with the goal of finishing the whole thing by the end of the month.

I've got about 12K written...not confident I will finish though. I know what my ending will be, I'm just not sure yet how I'll get there. Planning to make a big effort on it over the holiday.

My best advice, just try to let the story to guide you. It will lead to wherever they want. Maybe that is not the same place where you wanted to go, but believe me that is where it eventualy have to end.

Good advice...but I'm not one of those writers who can just let a story develop itself that way. I always know the ending: for me that's what defines the journey. The route can surprise me, but not the desination.

Don't worry. I'll get there :)

Not a writer, just your cheering section. Can't wait to read all your stories when they are completed. I am on a big John kick right now in my fanfic reading, so I am really looking forward to reading some new, wonderful stories by all of you. Keep it up! Your great!!

Actually more than halfway done word count wise - but who knows what will happen - John has been a little talkative but he can clam up sometimes too! Don't worry though, I'm on track!
