Prompt 174 - would you kill?

Prompt #174: Would you ever kill a human being (or if you are not human - would you ever kill a being from your own species?).

Yes.

This is not something that I want to do - it does not make me happy to think that I might have to kill fellow mutants someday. I chose to do what I do for them, not against them. I don't think it is something I ( Read more... )

What the fuck is the world coming to that animals take precedent over political statements?

cute animals > mutants

Dude. That's just a dangerous thing to say around here. And completely not true.

Wait. Five? Mutants don't know they're mutants at age five.

Or, right. You got that cosmic freak accident thing happening, right?

You kill PEOPLE and you wont kill ONE STUPID INCONTINENT CAT?

Kara, those people killed mutants. If that cat was a mutant-killer, it might be worth my time.

And do not even pretend that it did to convince me to kill it, because I'm not falling for it.

Look, that cat might not KILL mutants but it sure would PEE on them. Or at least on their property. And you can't ever get cat pee out of anything. No matter how hard you scrub and stuff. Even with bleach!

That's, like, way more than I ever wanted to hear about cat piss.

But, thanks for the info. I have a housemate that wants to get a cat, and this will help me convince her NOT to. I so don't want to have to look after the thing.

Eh? You're killing them for their own good? I don't think they're likely to see it that way, somehow.

Yeah, maybe not. Not everyone is ready to face the fact they should die, if it is for the better good for everyone. And, before that is taken the wrong way, I should explain: I meant with mutants that, you know, are dangerous, or being used by humans against other mutants, or whatever.

Okay, for example? If my mutation was suddenly out of control, and I set everything around me around fire, or exploded stuff, you think I'd want to live like that? Not likely. Not if I was endangering everyone. That, or being used against other mutants. I'd rather die first.

[OOC: He's having a hard time explaining it, but I'm just looking at X3 and how they were willing to kill poor Leech. And, in Ultimate X-Men, there is this kid that leaked radiation - a la Heroes, but worse - that they sent Wolverine to kill because he was such a danger, and the kid was okay with it. Really sad, actually.]

Well said. The FoH have been nothing but a menace to soceity and a danger to mutants. [locked]I think Mystique is planning something with Graydon[unlocked]

So, wait, does this mean we dropped the 'evil' from The Brotherhood of Evil mutants?

Oh and where the hell did you put the remote?

Thank you.

And, yes they have. [locked] Really? Awesome. [unlocked]

And, uh, yeah. At least, we don't call ourselves that. I don't particularly think myself as evil, do you?

It's that place that I put it. You know, the one?

I think the ones that are evil are calling themselves Friends.

And oh. yes! Found it.

I mean. I never considered you evil, Pyro.

Or Erik.

Driven, maybe. Stubborn, hell yeah. Willing to do what you felt was needed, definitely. Never evil.

I did think y'all were misguided but well, now. I realize I was the misguided one.
