I'm probably going to stick with 10.4 as well, at least until they tell me I have to move. As I said, I don't see anything in 10.5 that makes me want it that badly. It's nice having the ability to run Windows apps, but Parallels is cheaper and will run Linux as well. The rest of it seems to add bells and whistles to features I don't even use and probably wouldn't use anyway.
