Well I have to say that was a wonderfully gruesome description of your fall - though I am surprised you could not have got in a twist and pike... Actually I am impressed (given your previous record of injuries) that you found a way to injure yourself that hurt.
I would love to see a photo of you from the 70s - so you can post one of the pics once you have scanned thme in... seeing you in flares with a big moustache would be very memorable (in a scary way).
Keep it up matey - though I have a bet on that you will trying to get under a car within a week.

Hey - I installed Semagic, which I think you can get from www.semagic.com or somewhere... I'll try and find it for you. But it's a client that helps you write posts, links, hypertext, pictures, etc... SO much easier!
