I love the relationship you've created between Rose and Mickey here. If there was ever anyone who was truly bigger on the inside, it's Mickey Smith.

I do wonder how Jonny took it when Rose returned without his dad...and how she handled telling him. Telling a child bad news is the worst part of parenting.

Oh, I love Mickey... ever since he got on board the TARDIS in S2, I've loved him. And yeah, I know I glossed over one or two things, but I didn't want to get bogged down in the angst. Maybe I'll write that scene as an outtake one day... Glad you're still enjoying it, though. :)

I must comment on the fact, you never stated the normal disclaimer -- No teddy bears were harmed in the writing of this fic -- seeing as how mr bear ended up falling to the floor. I only bring this up because that nasty to be continued resides at the bottom once again, and my befuddled brain is incoherent at this point.

Yeah for friends who tell us what we need to hear! too bad we don't always listen to all of it... but he was far away, thinking already of what to do to make things right.
