Wrapping up the year with a 2 week crash course in clinical microbiology/infectious disease. Just dropped 500 on registering for the USMLE Step 1. Looking forward to spending some time in NYC, going to TX for a week or so, and then going into the wards for 6 months (3 month block of Neurology/Psych/O's and 3 month block of Internal Medicine) .
