I love one of my girlfriend's friends. Really, I do. Listening to this dumb bitch try and break us up is like... oh god, there's not a word for a train wreck like this. It's past a train wreck that tipped over onto a highway and caused a 20-car pileup. Some of the highlights of this so-called friend's arguments about why Carrie should dump me. And ( Read more... )

With friends like this, I can see why CareBear doesn't hang out with them.

I know, right? Wondered why she was so eager to come here the first time... then I met people like this.

I think I've found the embodiment of the saying "With friends like these who needs enemies."

Man that...person...needs to get life. She calls you controlling and all that when she is doing it herself.

Yeah, she doesn't seem to get that it's not controlling that I don't want her friends around if THEY'RE the ones causing problems. If I was just like, "I don't want you hanging out with anyone I don't approve of"? That'd be controlling. So far, out of the three friends of hers I've had the 'pleasure' of dealing with?

1.) The girl who inspired this blog post.
2.) Her... I believe it's her 'best friend', who verbally abused Carrie about our relationship to the point where I stepped in and took the girl down a few pegs.
3.) Some random friend who threatened me, although she supposedly does it to everyone and I shouldn't take her seriously.

Can anyone blame me for questioning Carrie's taste in friends? It's not "looking out for your friends" at this point. It's called not having your own life and not wanting anyone else to do better than you are.
