A followup for the chickpea prep post....

A friend on facebook asked what I was making with the chickpeas. Well really it's just cooking up dried chickpeas - or garbanzos if you prefer. I put them in salads a couple times a week. Been doing this for many years now and used to use half a can. As I switched to organic and then to no sodium cans I started freaking out over price a little. ( Read more... )
