Oh god, I love this fix so much! It's just so wonderful and you've characterised Holmes' autism perfectly, with the splayed hands and avoidance of eye contact. I loved it especially when he thought he frightened Mrs Hudson ecause of that phrase. Mycroft and Holmes' relationship is beautifully written and Watson is a very brilliant and patient man, and I think he handles Holmes brilliantly.
