Sometimes, I wish I knew how to play Diplomacy. Then I remember that it almost destroyed some friendships.

I'm sure you know this, but there were no Soviets in 1902.

You need to turn Italy. It's that simple. Russia has his hands full with E/G if I read things correctly, and won't be able to help you in any substantial way. Without Italy, you will be a 5 center power in the winter but more importantly you have no future. France isn't providing that much of a distraction to Germany, and really doesn't have a way to do so. Point out that Turkey has 2 fleets, and that he won't have any way to make headway into an Anglo-German northern Russia - so he'll be coming for Italy next.
