American Idiot - the musical

So Scott and I were discussing at work the other day that with all the musicals being made these days with certain artists' music, wouldn't Green Day's "American Idiot" actually make a great musical that actually has a message? We think with the right book, it would turn out to be a great piece of political theatre. I personally put my vote in

It could be a fantastic show, but does it really have to have a book? I think it's pretty self explanatory....
