Walking a Labyrinth

I had an interesting experience this afternoon. A group of folks from our church went to walk a labyrinth set up in the gym of another church. It's printed on canvas (or something plastic-fabric ish), and they set it up on the first Sunday of each month.

Hmm...excellent point. That's why I wanted to go, actually: I really needed to force myself to just pause and think. I get some of that at church, but our church service is fairly interactive and vocal.

BTW, I'd be interested in going again with anyone else who's local-ish to me. They're always 1-4pm, first Sunday of the month, at the First Presbyterian church in Cranford. One of the guys was telling us that someone local has built an outdoor one recently, so I'm hoping to find and go to that one at some point.
